Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch across phone, email, and chat platforms
Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to exceed revenue goals
Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
Proven experience in customer care and sales is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple inquiries
Strong persuasive skills and a customer‑focused approach
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria for this exciting opportunity
