Promote and sell the employer’s products to prospective customers through outbound calls Handle inbound calls from patients generated through healthcare professionals’ offices or marketing programs Provide detailed information about the employer’s products and competitive comparisons Collaborate with customer operations and field sales teams to convert leads into customers Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team, serving as the main escalation point for customer inquiries What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate’s degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment Proven ability to learn complex technical material, preferably in healthcare/diabetes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
