Pay Range

Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing administrative support to our operations team with various administrative, accounting, and purchasing duties.
  • Assist with purchasing and stocking of office supplies.
  • Assist with monitoring inventory control.
  • Provide administrative support to all office and sales staff.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate associates.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with production of quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports for operations management team.
  • Review operations invoices, resolve any issues with suppliers, properly code to correct GL account, scan to Operations Managers for approval, and submit to accounts payables for payment.
  • Order supplies, ensure billing is correct, and obtain purchasing data on certain supplies.
  • Other duties, as assigned and requested by management.
