Your role
Are you passionate about the financial markets? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems? We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a strong understanding of Instrument Data Management or Reference Data Services – including Instrument Data and Pricing Data to support a broad range of data management tasks.
- Apply a broad range of data management skills, from exception management, data quality issue management, and data governance to ensure that data is properly stewarded, shared, and preserved.
- Support setup and maintenance of financial instrument data used across our organization.
- Investigate and remediate a wide range of data quality issues varying in complexity.
- Work closely with external data vendors to resolve data quality issues.
- Identify and deliver process improvements resulting in increased efficiencies.
- Support the service execution manager in day-to-day activities and other projects/initiatives.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Service Execution team in Raleigh. We provide instrument reference data support to a wide number of functions across the organization. This benefits our Investment Bank, Asset Management and Wealth Management divisions. As a Data Steward, you’ll play an important role in supporting our organization’s needs for timely and accurate instrument data.
Your expertise
- Ideally, 1+ years of experience with data management, data quality issue management, and data governance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent focusing on finance, business or a similarly related subject.
- Comprehensive understanding of investment banking, asset management or wealth management.
- Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing.
