Job Summary
The Reset Representative performs resets and/or rack or display placements as designated by pre-established plan‑ograms.
Job Responsibilities
- Set and/or reset stores using established plan‑ograms at customer locations either individually or as part of a team.
- Make decisions and present workable solutions as issues arise during reset activity to ensure customer satisfaction, including recreating the plan‑ogram onsite when adjustments are needed.
- Ensure package, brand, tagging, and appropriate pricing are reflected in the store sets.
- Provide adequate communication to the customer on changes to the store resulting from reset activity and be responsible for meeting retailer needs before and after the reset.
- Work collaboratively with team members when organizing reset activities during store resets; treat teammates with respect and courtesy, valuing diversity of perspectives and skills.
- Maintain a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities; secure company assets, tools, and equipment and adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as directed, including merchandising, delivery assistance, warehouse work, and similar tasks as requested.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of work experience required.
- Prior experience in inventory or purchasing required.
- Familiarity with beverage industry and distribution center operations preferred.
- Experience with Excel preferred.
- Effective communication skills.
- Prior experience using a forklift, pallet jack, or high loader preferred; must obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire.
- Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within policy guidelines with no major violations in the last three years.
- Class‑E driver’s license required (Missouri drivers/locations only).
Physical Requirements
- Speaking: Constantly (investigates, negotiates, recommends, reports, etc.)
- Acute vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents)
- Typing: Frequently using electronic devices for day‑to‑day business (email, reports, instant messaging, texting)
- Mobility: Frequent travel throughout customer locations (walking in backrooms, aisles, greeting customers)
- Bending/squatting: Frequently (looking in racks at all levels, ordering product, counting cases, checking dates)
- Lifting: Frequent – lift 20 lbs. or less (full cases of product and racks, displays, etc. for POS)
- Pushing/pulling: Frequent use of manual carts
- Travel: Frequent travel between customer locations
Pay: $19.00 an hour
