Base Pay Range

$122,016.00/yr – $152,520.00/yr

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development, and continuous educational opportunities.
• Ensure all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Ensure timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs, assisting mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting, champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain a compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience and 4+ years of supervisory experience, OR High School Diploma or Technical School Certification with 8+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree.
