Base Pay Range
$122,016.00/yr – $152,520.00/yr

Position Responsibilities
- Manage the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development, and continuous educational opportunities.
- Ensure all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards.
- Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
- Ensure timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs, assisting mechanics with troubleshooting.
- Oversee facility budgeting, champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
- Maintain a compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience and 4+ years of supervisory experience, OR High School Diploma or Technical School Certification with 8+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree.
