JES Foundation Repair, a Groundworks Company, is seeking a talented Production Administrative Assistant to join their team in Salem, VA.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for timekeeping.
- Create weekly job packs.
- Create and close purchase orders.
- Ensure office equipment is in working order, including scheduling maintenance.
- Provide great customer experiences and service to build our reputation.
- Set and confirm install dates.
- Mail customer information packets.
- Follow up with customers on a variety of issues.
- Update customer records for accuracy.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the production department.
- Answer customer calls, schedule and confirm installations, and follow up with customers on a variety of issues.
- Coordinate all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence within systems regarding all sold job proposals and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedure.
- Work to ensure crews have what they need to be successful at installations, including job details, coordination of utility locations, and preparation of any special needs of an installation.
- Provide tactical support to the production department.
- Provide customers with an excellent and memorable experience.
- Foster a positive team environment by building strong relationships and inspiring mutual trust and respect.
- Adhere to and promote company workplace policies and procedures, including safety and anti‑bullying, harassment, violence and discrimination policies.
- Act with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity and respect.

Qualifications
- High School Degree/GED.
- 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be positive and motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Great oral and verbal communication skills.
