Upload credit file documents to the Bank’s digital file system for Wintrust affiliate bank commercial loan portfolios.**What you'll do:*** Update the reporting and financial covenant tracking system per line of business (LOB) requests to include both covenant/tracking requirement updates and entity maintenance.* Verify appropriate documentation for updates/maintenance and ensure receipt of appropriate approvals for covenant waivers and modifications.
Interact with LOB to obtain missing or incomplete information.* Upload documents to the digital file system as requested by the LOB to include verification of document type. Adhere to strict naming conventions and classification guidelines.* Provide client support for assigned charters.* Respond to and troubleshoot internal inquiries and issues.* Assist in special projects as needed.**Qualifications:*** 1-3 years’ experience general banking experience preferred, commercial lending and loan documentation experience a plus.* High school degree required.
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus.* Experience with covenant tracking and document imaging applications is a plus.* Experience with ImageCentre/FCM, nCino/Document Manager or Moody’s CreditLens
