Production Control, Logistics, Supply Chain &/or Shop Floor Control Experience Experience with material flow principles: ex) material scheduling OR material movement OR inventory management Experience with SAP, CribMaster (inventory management system for tools) or Material Resources Planning (MRP) equivalent Desired Skills
Leadership Experience Component Assembly Experience Knowledge of Detail Fabrication Field Operations Experience Tool Control/Tool Management 6Sigma Oriented RF Scanner Technology Shop Floor Manager(SFM) / Electronic Work Instruction (EWI) SAP/MRP QADS Maximo Demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective decisions Experience communicating to all levels of Management Clearance Level

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
