How to thrive in this role?

You hold a bachelor’s or a Master\'s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering; You have a minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry (preferably with an OEM); You possess Material Review Board (MRB) work experience (preferred candidate); You have previous experience with Aircraft Development Programs. You have knowledge and experience of Aircraft structural substantiation analysis: Static, Fatigue/Durability, and Damage Tolerance; You have experience using Patran/Nastran, Nasgro, and Catia V5; You have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office; You will integrate a position that requires energetic people with good communication skills, who are willing to accept responsibilities in a multidisciplinary team working environment; You must also be a person with initiative, strong sense of responsibility and good engineering judgment; You have flexibility in working day, evening, or weekend if necessary; Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset.
