What You'll Do
Engage in content teachbacks and co‑facilitate training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders.
Provide feedback to participants in the Driver Trainee program, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center (RTC) team members.
Conduct facilitation audits on all Fleet Development roles.
Conduct One Best Way consistency tours in Regional Training Centers with leadership to provide risk assessments.
Ensure One Best Way compliance in Regional Training Centers and alignment with Fleet Development class content.
Participate in Fleet Development content development and reviews to provide feedback to the Learning Content Development team.
Conduct assessment reviews with the Learning Content Development team to validate the accuracy of Fleet Development content.
Support the adoption of structural and change initiatives by engaging with associates within RTCs and the catchment.
Educate Driver Trainees on change initiatives through classroom training and virtual classroom facilitation.
Assist with RTC processes outside of class delivery times and execute tours to teach.
Conduct training classes in accordance with block schedules by executing activities as designed.
Monitor virtual reality training utilization and end‑of‑day activities across multiple Fleet Development locations, including virtual ones.
Stay informed on changes in One Best Way processes by working with associates and leaders within RTCs.
Deliver training to RTC associates by leveraging different modalities such as Academy Connect, Virtual Reality, and future technology.
Implement and support training for specialty and change initiatives.
Engage with Fleet Development Trainers throughout assigned areas by providing additional training and following up on trainer task completion.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
Assign duties, provide recognition, and ensure a belonging mindset in the workplace.
Demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise and provide expert advice and guidance to others in applying information and best practices.
Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and monitoring progress.

Minimum Qualifications
Current holder of an interstate Class A Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement within 120 calendar days of hire.
3 years of experience in a full‑time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 7 years.
No more than 2 moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.
No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three years.
No convictions for a DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol/drugs within the last 10 years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years (as determined by Walmart).
No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.
No preventable accidents resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in commercial driving history.
Preferred Qualifications
250,000 miles over‑the‑road tractor/trailer experience.
Training or facilitation experience.
Additional qualifications and certifications as listed in the job posting.

The annual salary range for this position is $73,500.00 - $106,500.00.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Stock.
