Full‑Cycle Project Management:
Leading projects from initial concept and development through to implementation and final delivery.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Serving as the primary point of contact, managing expectations, and presenting clear project status updates to all levels of the organization.
Process Improvement:
Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, drawing on your hands‑on experience in the business.
Change & Risk Management:
Skillfully managing the change process, anticipating potential issues, and escalating them as appropriate to ensure projects stay on track.
What We’re Looking For We are seeking a candidate who is both a strategic thinker and a practical doer.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related) or equivalent relevant work experience.
A "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" attitude and genuine willingness to work in manufacturing, distribution, and customer‑facing roles to learn our business.
