Manager, In Market Brand Analytics
to lead comprehensive secondary market data analyses that drive insights on disease states, products, and competition.
Compensation Base pay: $111,800 - $175,670 per year.
Location Cambridge, MA (remote work up to 15%).
Responsibilities
Lead secondary market data analysis, including data mining, correlations, and test-and-control evaluations.
Analyze marketing data to identify key trends, opportunities, and insights; evaluate A/B tests to assess campaign effectiveness.
Conduct root cause analytics to address key business questions and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Write SQL queries for data manipulation and analytics; generate dashboards and reports using Tableau or other BI tools.
Enhance team capabilities by identifying key data sources, applying descriptive analytics, and leveraging new tools for efficiency.
Manage multiple data analytics projects from initiation to implementation using agile methods, tracking timelines and deliverables.
Work with commercial and marketing data from sources such as Veeva, IQVIA, Symphony Health, Komodo, Adobe/Pulse Point DTC, and Specialty Pharmacy.
Leverage internal data sets to influence future data purchases and manage vendors on analytic plans.
Establish best coding practices across platforms for rapid ad-hoc analyses for broader team use.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years of related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
Experience analyzing secondary data to evaluate brand performance, prescriber behavior, and market trends.
Proficiency in evaluating marketing campaigns through split testing and measuring digital/non-personal promotional impact.
Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
Experience designing scalable Tableau dashboards for reporting.
Ability to manage multiple analytics projects, conduct root cause analysis, and align findings with business priorities and deadlines.
