What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute daily activities as a Workday Student Records consultant
Serve as a functional expert in Student Records, providing solutions to complex business problems
Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Share product knowledge and support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews
Identify strategies and options to meet customer requirements effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Current Workday certification in Records and Advising preferred
Experience in gathering requirements, configuration design, and deploying solutions in the records and academic advising areas
Subject Matter Expertise in Student Records, ideally with experience in a registrar’s office at a college or university
Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for exceptional customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Recent experience deploying Workday Student Records
Report writing experience highly desired
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel on-site if required
