Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and technically savvy leader of Demand Generation and Growth to own and drive our customer acquisition strategy. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition plan across all verticals, managing budgets, forecasting qualified leads and conversions, and designing test plans to continuously optimize performance. You will partner with sales to improve lead qualification, win rates, and average ACV using automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high‑performance growth squad that works across acquisition, product, design, and sales.

Oversee the development, execution, and analysis of customer acquisition campaigns and promotions to generate high‑quality MQLs that meet or exceed business objectives.

Build and manage a comprehensive acquisition plan that forecasts leads, conversions, and costs based on business goals, historical data, and market conditions.

Redesign priority funnels using JTBD and CRO best practices; run A/B and multivariate tests to improve time‑to‑value with onboarding flows, trials, and demos.

Collaborate with sales and product marketing to ensure alignment on lead definitions, qualification criteria, and follow‑up processes.

Analyze channel performance (SEO, SEM, email, social media, affiliates, etc.) to drive data‑driven decisions and optimize ROI.

Manage the customer acquisition budget, track spend, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Design and implement a robust test plan, conduct experiments, and iterate to scale demand generation campaigns.

Leverage technology—including AI, analytics platforms, and marketing automation—to execute the acquisition strategy and build dashboards for real‑time insights.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in customer acquisition with a strong track record in digital marketing and lead acquisition for mid‑stage B2B SaaS companies.

Growth project management experience; e‑commerce experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and Marketo.

Expert knowledge in advanced reporting functions in Excel and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Strong analytical and technical skills with experience leveraging data and technology to optimize demand generation.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
