Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investment opportunities.
Perform due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments.
Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to internal investment committees.
Support deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, and closing processes.
Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in strategic initiatives to drive value creation.
Collaborate with management teams of portfolio companies to support growth and operational improvements.
Track industry trends and identify new investment opportunities.
Maintain and update internal databases and investment tracking tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
2‑4 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Restructuring, Leveraged Finance), Consulting, or Private Equity.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
