Base pay range $189,000.00/yr - $258,000.00/yr

The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads work to inform what products we’re building with market insights, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. We influence early stage product development and roadmaps, create go-to-market plans, support in-market growth of the ecosystem, and inform direction for future investments. This role leads critical product areas that make Meta a trusted destination for developers building into Meta’s family of apps, and consumers engaging with our Metaverse products. The Trust component will support PMMs building for the Youth and Family audience for Meta Horizon, including Worlds and Meta Horizon OS for our virtual reality headsets and mobile app. The Developer Platform side works to create a sustainable and scalable platform for developers, businesses, and Meta, while staying compliant with regulations from the FTC and global regulators.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Product Marketing Managers, responsible for the planning, execution, and management of developer and consumer products.

Support all aspects of people development including setting priorities, ensuring cross‑functional support & resources, and unblocking as they navigate new work streams across the company.

Influence long‑range portfolio roadmaps with a customer‑centric perspective by leveraging audience segmentations, research, and insights from other product categories.

Partner with product leadership to influence product and business strategy with a view of customer needs and market opportunities.

Influence financial long‑range plans, portfolio strategy, investments and priorities across teams.

Consistently build internal partnerships, influence, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy.

Model respectful behaviors and build an organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field.

3+ years experience working with platform integrity, safety or trust topics.

Experience leading teams to drive initiatives that have not been done before – setting goals, communicating the business vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross‑functional alignment and execution, measurement, and performance assessment.

Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross‑functional teams, and shaping product roadmaps and go‑to‑market strategies.

Experience analyzing data, and translating to insights that support product development and go‑to‑market strategies.

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or related Masters degree or equivalent experience.

Experience building and scaling a global product offering.

Experience and/or domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, immersive gaming, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms.

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
