Junior Social Media & AI Video Content Specialist
MyRegistry.com, the leading technology platform in the $400B gifting industry, is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Junior Social Media & AI Video Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, AI‑powered video creation, and social media innovation. You’ll work alongside senior marketing leaders to help execute content strategies, create engaging multimedia assets, and experiment with emerging AI tools to elevate the MyRegistry brand across all digital channels.
This is a hands‑on role for a motivated creative who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high‑impact digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, creation, and posting of social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
Assist in managing content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
Help brainstorm creative campaign ideas, social trends, and platform‑specific engagement tactics.
Monitor comments, mentions, and engagement across channels to foster community interaction.
Collaborate with the Senior Social Media & AI Video Strategist to produce short‑form and long‑form video content using AI tools such as
Runway ,
Google Flo , and other generative platforms.
Edit and optimize video content using
Adobe Premiere Pro ,
After Effects , or
CapCut
for social campaigns, tutorials, and product spotlights.
Explore new AI creative tools (e.g.,
Stable Diffusion ,
MidJourney ,
Sora ) to support innovative content experiments.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, watch time, etc.) across social platforms.
Contribute to weekly and monthly analytics reports, offering ideas for optimization based on results.
Research platform trends and algorithm updates to help improve content performance.
Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment across campaigns.
Participate in content planning meetings, sharing fresh ideas and insights from social trends.
Provide production support for larger video shoots and AI‑assisted creative projects.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (internship experience welcome).
Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g.,
Runway ,
Google Flo ,
Pika Labs
or similar).
Proficiency in video editing and design tools such as
Adobe Premiere Pro ,
After Effects , or
Canva .
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and creative experimentation.

Preferred Experience
