University Admin Coordinator
We’re looking for a University Admin Coordinator to support faculty, students, and staff in the office of one of the world’s top business schools.

Key Responsibilities:
Support faculty with course preparation, coordination, and presentation materials
Manage calendars, schedule meetings/appointments, and arrange travel logistics
Take meeting notes and distribute follow-ups
Process reimbursements, purchases, and expense audits
Assist with event coordination and maintain faculty profile websites
Oversee day-to-day office operations (room reservations, storage, copy room, kitchenette)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in an administrative or office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education
Familiarity with SAP or Concur systems
