Position Overview Growth / Demand Generation Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to help accelerate our digital marketing and customer acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to the Head of Demand Generation, this role will execute our paid media, social, and internal channel strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable marketing ROI.

The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative—someone who thrives on experimenting, testing, and scaling campaigns that fuel growth.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end paid search programs in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Implement SEM bidding strategies to maximize conversions

Plan, manage, execute and analyze ABM campaigns

Develop, execute and manage an SEO strategy to increase organic search rankings for key terms

Monitor and improve backlink profiles and domain authority

Shape and implement AEO strategy

Expand digital presence throughout the full buyer journey, from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion

Identify, test, and optimize new customer acquisition channels

Manage digital campaign calendar, budget, pacing, and reporting

Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling ads and assets

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates

Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in technical marketing, demand generation, or digital acquisition roles

Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and conversion optimization

Proven ability to launch, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms

Proficiency with marketing technologies including HubSpot, Google Analytics, automation tools, A/B testing, and personalization platforms

Strong analytical skills with a passion for experimenting with messaging, creative, and audiences to drive growth

Growth mindset focused on driving acquisition and funnel optimization

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

6sense certification

HubSpot experience

Google Ads and Google Analytics experience

Background in account-based marketing (ABM)
