Multimedia Communications Specialist - Missouri Athletic Club DOWNTOWN Join a great team of individuals at the Missouri Athletic Club in Downtown St. Louis, one of the top private clubs in the United States. We are looking for a highly motivated full time Multimedia Communications Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Cherry Diamond Magazine: Contribute written content, assist with editorial planning, and support editing, proofing, and coordination with other departments to meet production timelines.

Events – Photo and Video Coverage: Capture high-quality photo and video content before, during, and after Club events. Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to create promotional and recap media for use across digital and print platforms.

Club Media and Digital Content: Record, edit, and schedule episodes of the MAC Podcast; assist with podcast strategy and guest coordination. Support social media content development, scheduling, and posting in collaboration with the Communications team.

Content Production and Design: Assist with the development of visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation across all media.

Administrative and Collaborative Responsibilities: Maintain organized digital archives of creative assets. Support scheduling, communications planning, and cross-departmental initiatives. Provide additional support to the Director of Communications as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia Production, or related field preferred.

Two years (minimum) of professional experience in communications, media production, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Skilled in photography, videography, and operation of audio/video equipment.

Familiarity with podcast recording, editing, and publishing processes.

Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of AP Style and best practices in content creation and social media management.

Comfortable using both Microsoft and Macintosh operating systems.

Self‑motived, deadline‑driven, and collaborative in a fast‑paced team environment.
