Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Maryland

Schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000
annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop therapy plans.
Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
Modify treatment plans as needed to align with client progress.
Keep detailed, confidential records of sessions and client outcomes.
Participate in ongoing learning and professional growth activities.
Qualifications
A
Master’s
or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar discipline.
Maryland LMFT licensure in good standing.
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
