Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
The Senior Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction will oversee critical aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. This role requires expertise in construction management, coordination, and problem-solving to support project success in San Diego.

Description Responsibilities for Senior Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Review construction plans and specifications to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with goals.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and address any challenges promptly.
Support the team in meeting all client expectations and achieving project milestones.
