The Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing is responsible for managing a key portfolio within the Miami Marlins Partnerships Department. This individual's primary role is to serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate partners, ensuring exceptional service, fulfillment, and activation of all contractual assets. The position requires strategic leadership, cross‑departmental collaboration, and a commitment to delivering best‑in‑class partnership experiences that drive retention, renewal, and incremental revenue.
Essential Functions
Initiate and maintain consistent communication and excellent business relations with assigned corporate partners.
Fulfill corporate partnership agreements to meet team obligations and partner expectations.
Handle partnership contract renewals, proposals, and in‑term upsells.
Monitor and communicate partner feedback to maintain integrity of all relationships and delivery of KPIs.
Manage partner assets and track proof of performance—including branding placements, in‑game features, appearances, events, activations, press announcements, radio, television, and social/digital media executions.
Create performance recaps (mid‑season, end‑of‑year, or other micro‑recaps) for assigned partners.
Develop and update partner asset and project financials to deepen insight into deals and programs.
Assist the Vice President of Partnerships with special projects, training, and other duties.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships across the organization to optimize performance and experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years of experience in partnership activation, marketing, or service at a team property within major sports.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Highly organized and efficient, capable of working independently as well as within a small integrated team.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of corporate partnerships, inventory, event/project planning, and sports marketing.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
