Health & Wellness Director
(HWD) is the clinical leader who supports the clinical operations within the branch and works closely with the Director to ensure a thriving environment for residents. Benefits

Responsibilities
Work with caregivers to ensure assisted‑living principles and Bickford’s culture are integrated into resident care. Develop and participate in the on‑call schedule for after‑hours clinical needs. Maintain regulatory compliance. Communicate proactively and effectively with residents and families. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure adherence to physician orders. Coordinate health‑care services with external providers and physicians. Manage partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care. Qualifications
RN license. Willingness to pursue additional state‑required training or education. CPR and First Aid certifications required. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time‑management competence. Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. About Bickford Senior Living
