As our Country Manager for the United States, you’ll be driving our market expansion, managing and growing our local teams, and scaling the business across the country using our powerful digital sales processes.
Grow and expand our Loxone Partner Network across the United States
Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing local teams in several locations
Expand our footprint: manage the 3 existing branches (Garnet Valley HQ, Los Angeles, Texas) and open new ones across the U.S.
Drive the rollout and execution of the Loxone strategy to accelerate growth in the US market
Identify, establish, and develop strategic B2B opportunities in smart building automation
Ensure successful implementation and support of partner projects
Act as the go-to Loxone expert in the US, representing our brand and solutions with impact
Your profile:
Completed degree or apprenticeship in electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
Several years of proven experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management – ideally in a B2B technology or building automation environment
Experience in managing and scaling small, high-performing teams with digital sales processes
Strong business development mindset with persistence, consulting competence, and excellent communication skills
Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands‑on mentality
High self‑motivation and ability to work independently in a large market with diverse region
Willingness to travel within the US for partner visits and industry events (majority of meetings take place virtually)
Willingness to complete a comprehensive onboarding program in Austria
Native‑level fluency in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus
