Event Service Manager - Casa Marina Key West, A Curio Collection by Hilton. Job Number: HOT0C24X. Location: Curio Casa Marina Resort, 1500 Reynolds Street, Key West 33040. The property is the Casa Marina, recently renovated, seeking an Event Service Manager to join the Event and Catering team after a promotion. Casa Marina is located at the southernmost point in the U.S., Key West, with 311 rooms, 4 food and beverage outlets, and over 11,000 square feet of banquet space. The role involves managing the execution of events and overseeing group room blocks ranging from 10 to 200 rooms on peak. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and the hotel and coordinate across departments to ensure seamless on-site events. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role within a complex hotel environment (Casa Marina and The Reach), requiring frequent movement between properties. Many events are outdoors, so the ability to work in warm conditions is essential. Responsibilities

Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and/or event. Directly serve on-site group and catering customers in a proactive manner. Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals. Communicate with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person in a timely manner. Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes. Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints and resolving disputes. Sell and influence both internal and external clients. Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing issues and determining the best solution. Ensure high quality service by communicating and guiding others to understand guest needs, providing direction and coaching when needed. Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary. Other duties as necessary based on business needs. What we are looking for

Minimum Requirements:

One (1) year of hospitality-related experience at manager level. Preferred capabilities include: knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc) and a relevant degree (business development or related field, CMP, CPCE). Company values
