We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Legal Assistant to join our esteemed Real Estate Practice Group. As a Legal Assistant within our Real Estate Practice Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of 3 distinguished attorneys. Job Description:

Provide high-level administrative support to 3 attorneys and 3 paralegals in the firm's Real Estate practice group. You will work within a collaborative + friendly team of other Legal Assistants and assist with drafting, case management, and coordination. Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to confidentiality protocols. Coordinate and manage attorney schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and court dates, while ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide attorneys with pertinent information and updates on relevant laws and regulations. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, billing, and correspondence, to ensure the smooth operation of the practice group. Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting Real Estate Attorneys or Practice Groups and at least 2 years of overall legal assistant experience. Associate's degree or certification in paralegal studies preferred, but not required with relevant experience. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail. Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
