You’ll take charge of running the daily shifts for our valet parkers and parking ambassadors, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** **Lead with Style:** Establish and maintain departmental rules and procedures for our fantastic Bell, Door, and Valet Parking teams, ensuring everyone knows the service standards to deliver an unforgettable experience!* **People Champion:** Take charge of all personnel functions—from interviewing and hiring to training and development—helping our staff grow and thrive in their roles!* **Inspire Excellence:** Motivate and direct Bell and Valet staff to achieve high productivity while fostering a positive environment that promotes top-notch service standards!* **Stay Organized & Safe:** Manage supply inventory levels, assist in investigating any accidents, and handle guest concerns, all while keeping a close eye on maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and your team!**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** At least 21 years old* High School Diploma or GED * 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:****Pay Range:**The pay range for this role is:$47,165.76 - $62,258.70Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
