Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing
in Dallas to lead performance and value creation across our client’s industrial portfolio. Our client is a Dallas‑based real estate private equity firm that acquires, develops, and manages well‑located multi‑tenant industrial properties throughout the United States. Since 2018, they have acquired 70+ properties and are actively growing. This is a newly created position (due to growth) that will play a major role in their expansion. The Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing will work closely with the Partners to develop strategic plans for the assets as well as oversee leasing.
An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of similar Asset Management and Leasing experience with industrial and/or commercial properties. Candidate must be very strong with leasing!

Position Requirements
5-10+ years of relevant asset management and leasing experience, industrial real estate preferred but office or retail experience is also okay
Strong focus on leasing multi‑tenant industrial buildings (high volume, fast‑moving deals)
Ability to work with investment team and capital partners
Strong analytical and real estate financial skills
Reporting for lenders and investors
Oversee a small, in‑house property management team
Minimal travel
In‑office position (not remote)
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
