Director of Recruiting at KCO Resource Management – Natural/Organic & Dairy Industry We are looking for an experienced sales leader to build and drive brand presence across foodservice and on-premise channels — including universities, corporate campuses, travel retail, and convenience. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape channel strategy, secure national partnerships, and accelerate distribution of our fast-growing portfolio. Our client manufactures their branded frozen novelties and offers private label.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus
Job Responsibilities
Lead channel strategy and execution across higher education, corporate dining, travel retail, and convenience store networks.
Build and expand relationships with major foodservice operators (Compass, Aramark, Sodexo) and distributors (Sysco, US Foods, etc.).
Identify and secure new distribution and partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Negotiate pricing programs, promotional plans, and distribution agreements that meet profitability goals.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align forecasts, product launches, and account priorities.
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to guide innovation and channel development.
Participate in key trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience within foodservice, or on-premise channels, ideally in frozen, snack, or natural categories
Existing relationships with major foodservice operators and distributors
Proven ability to drive growth across complex, multi-tiered distribution networks
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
