Position Overview
Title:
Seasoned Nurse Injector (NP or PA)
Location:
Houston, TX
Target Start Date:
October 2025
Reports To:
Medical Director / Ownership / Spa Director
Employment Type:
Full‑Time
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive consultations and virtual Good Faith Exams when required.
Create and implement comprehensive, total‑body aesthetic treatment plans aligned with long‑term client outcomes.
Administer advanced injectables (toxins, fillers, PRP) with anatomical precision and artistic confidence.
Educate guests on service expectations, post‑care, skincare, and follow‑ups to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with Dr. Cameron Erickson, board‑certified plastic surgeon, and maintain documentation complying with TMB and HIPAA standards.
Monitor inventory of neurotoxins and dermal fillers; ensure safe handling and accountability.
Comply with all Texas Medical Board regulations for scope, delegation, and supervision.
Be virtually available for Good Faith Exams on unscheduled days (compensated with one hour of pay at your standard rate).
Contribute to special events, clinical workshops, and brand‑aligned marketing efforts.
Participate in vendor, franchise, or continuing education with pre‑approval by the Spa Director.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Texas NP or PA license.
3+ years of advanced injectable experience (toxins and fillers).
5+ years of total nursing or clinical practice preferred.
Strong facial and body aesthetic assessment capabilities with a proven track record of patient outcomes.
Commitment to luxury service delivery, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Familiarity with EMR, inventory control, and time‑based productivity environments.
