We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our upcoming Los Angeles store team, driving brand awareness, retail sales, and a cohesive customer experience. Responsibilities
Lead local grassroots marketing to increase brand awareness and store traffic. Achieve store event and revenue targets. Source and compile market partners and brand activation opportunities. Partner with Supervisor to ensure in‑store/off‑site partners and events align with brand standards. Ensure timely delivery of event activation supplies and resources, including creative assets and branded packaging. Collaborate with marketing and PR to ensure a cohesive brand experience tailored to market objectives. Lead in‑store and off‑site events from conceptualization to execution and reporting. Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results. Manage the full sales cycle. Handle labor management and effective scheduling. Maintain operational excellence. Hire and train all team members. Act as brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and candidates. Inspire and manage a team of sales specialists. Maintain visual brand standards at all times. Provide style advice to every customer that walks through the door. Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of fashion trends; keen interest in eyewear. Minimum 5 years of retail sales and management experience. Strong leadership and work ethic. Experience creating retail events is advantageous. Understanding of all aspects of store operations. Thrives in a goal‑oriented environment. History of exceeding expectations consistently.
