Position Overview In collaboration with the CIS Director and the Senior Wellness Clinician, the Wellness Clinician‑Licensed, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT ensures that clinical interventions are effective, trauma‑informed, stage‑based, and tied directly to the goal and discharge plan of the individual receiving services. The clinician provides assessment and direct clinical services to people who are experiencing a mental health crisis or a worsening of a pre‑existing mental health disorder or a co‑occurring disorder enrolled in the CIS Program.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, LAC or LSW required; CADC preferred.

Position requires bilingual Spanish speaking.

3 years paid progressive work experience with people who have mental health issues, preferably in an outpatient or community mental health setting.

May supervise MSW or MA students.

Valid driver’s license required and no more than one moving violation in the past 12 months.

Salary • Location • Hours Salary: LSW/LAC $69,000–$71,000; LCSW/LPC $72,000–$76,000.

Location: Hoboken, NJ.

Work hours: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday – full time, 40 hours per week.

Department: BCIS – Hudson.
