About the Role
Agentforce and Data 360 Solutions and Consumption Lead PMO – strategic thought partner and operational right hand to the Executive Vice President. This high‑visibility role drives cross‑functional alignment, executional rigor, and clear communication across the organization. You’ll play a chief‑of‑staff style role, shaping priorities, tracking key initiatives, and connecting sales, solutions, strategy, product, engineering, finance, core, and other internal partners.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with the EVP to manage strategic priorities, track progress across initiatives, and proactively identify and remove blockers.
Help cascade V2MOM with appropriate metrics and align the organization behind the leadership’s vision and priorities.
Help manage team structure, communications (internal and external), organization design, and alignment.
Lead and manage team staff meetings and town halls to ensure consistent alignment with team priorities and manage prioritization and flow of work as it occurs.
Manage organization‑wide communications and events (e.g., Dreamforce, SKO, World Tours, 1:Many workshops).
Assist in managing priorities and projects with team leads to ensure adherence to the team vision and mission.
You are analytical and truth‑seeking.
Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives; develop and roll out new processes and tools to automate or streamline work.
Work closely with ESBP partners to manage staffing, internship programs, rotational team partnerships, employee review, and feedback processes.
Partner closely with the COE to ensure initiatives like employee surveys, time tracking, budgeting, data and AI SE toolkit, hackathons, and cross‑pillar program management connect with other PMO resources.
Lead cross‑functional program management efforts for initiatives, focusing on execution, risk mitigation, and communication.
Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, product management, data, and employee success teams.
Build and manage operating rhythms (leadership meetings, QBRs, business reviews, strategy offsites) that support transparency and accountability.
Act as a trusted liaison with senior leaders and their teams, ensuring clarity of goals, alignment of resources, and timely delivery of outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to track progress on key deliverables and strategic goals.
Own and continually improve internal processes, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing across the team.
Support change management efforts for high‑impact initiatives, working closely with communication, ES, and operations stakeholders.
Lead with empathy, structure, and a growth mindset, helping shape a high‑performance, low‑ego culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Communications) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a chief‑of‑staff role within a technology‑driven organization.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills – ability to manage complexity, prioritize, and keep teams focused with high Agility Quotient.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear messaging for a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
Proven ability to partner with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders, including engineering, product, ES, and operations teams.
Experience navigating ambiguity and driving progress in evolving environments.
High EQ and AQ, low ego, and a reputation for trustworthiness and confidentiality.
Passion for improving internal systems and processes, and belief in being your own best customer (“Customer 0”).
Specific Knowledge/Skills
Outstanding leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross‑functional groups a plus).
Finance or operational experience (desired).
Analytics background is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of common PM tools (Project Management tracking, Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Excel, etc.).
Ability to use Org62.
Project Management certifications are a plus.
