Executive Search Operations Lead - Boston, MA
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, manufacturing, and commercializing therapeutic treatments, is seeking an Executive Search Operations Lead to join their team for a 2+ year contract with the potential to convert to permanent. This role will help streamline the executive recruiting process by providing project‑specific support to internal stakeholders, candidates, and executives. Pay: Up to $60/hour Location: Boston, MA Responsibilities
Partner with the executive search team to ensure smooth processes across all levels. Participate in search update calls and synthesize action items. Record feedback from interview teams in Workday. Prepare executive search update reports for the CEO, CHRO, and Board meetings. Support the end‑to‑end search process in Workday, including offer requests, letters, and documentation. Assist with executive onboarding activities as needed. Create presentations and reports to communicate executive search capabilities and results. Compile talent branding materials to enhance candidate experience. Design executive briefing documents for the CHRO and CEO to support the offer process. Coordinate interview scheduling for VP+ candidates, providing VIP “white glove” service. Collaborate with hiring managers’ EAs to drive the interview process efficiently. Assemble interview schedules and manage multiple calendars while balancing business objectives and candidate experience. Partner with Talent Intelligence to provide executive search reports. Work with Finance to track executive search firm and vendor spend. Maintain open requisition reports and manage vendor invoicing, POs, and role requisitions. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in an executive recruiting environment or supporting senior executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Workday, and Coupa preferred. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
