This is a 2‑month, full‑time (40 hours/week) on‑site contract role located in Santa Monica, CA.
Summary This role supports a global People, Inclusion & Culture (PIC) team by blending data analytics with project management to drive actionable insights and coordinate initiatives in HR, DEI, and ESG programs. The position ensures that people data informs decision‑making while projects are executed efficiently and stakeholders are kept aligned.
Our Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in data analytics, HR reporting, or project coordination
Passion for people, culture, and inclusion with a strong foundation in data‑driven decision‑making
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, with strong analytical and reporting skills
Familiar with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project
Skilled in collaborating with HR, Finance, Sustainability, and Legal teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused with a “can‑do” attitude
Job Description In this role, you will turn people data into actionable insights and coordinate key projects and initiatives within the PIC team. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams to ensure data accuracy, develop reports and dashboards, and support DEI and ESG reporting requirements. This includes collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, preparing executive‑level presentations, maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and communicating updates to stakeholders. You will also support ongoing HR and sustainability programs, helping the team achieve strategic goals.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Background in HR analytics, DEI, ESG reporting, or project coordination
Experience translating complex data into insights and actionable recommendations
Additional Requirements
This opportunity is located in Santa Monica, CA and requires on‑site work
The pay for this W‑2 position ranges from $37–$38.78 per hour
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits depending on tenure and hours worked
