Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a passionate and hands‑on Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at one of our multi‑tenant buildings managed by BF Saul Property Management in Bethesda, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity and leadership in a corporate dining environment that includes a café, coffee bar, and catering services.
Program Highlights
Corporate Café: Serves breakfast and lunch, Monday–Friday
Coffee Bar: Daily service with premium offerings
Catering: Executive meetings, tenant events, and special functions

Schedule Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some evenings, no weekends.
Responsibilities
Menu planning and innovation – Plan menus for breakfast and lunch, design seasonal, on‑trend menus for catered events.
Kitchen leadership – Manage and mentor a team of six hourly culinary associates.
Hands‑on cooking – Be in the kitchen 80% of the time, leading by example.
Operational excellence – Oversee ordering, inventory, food and labor cost controls.
Quality assurance – Ensure top‑tier presentation, taste, and consistency.
Client satisfaction – Deliver exceptional dining experiences for tenants and guests.
Compensation & Benefits Salary is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications
A culinary leader with a strong passion for food.
Proven ability to motivate and develop culinary employees.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of culinary trends and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in corporate or contract dining is a plus.
Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Management Experience – 2 years.
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
