Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager, Global Development Delivery Units to be located in either Spring House, PA or Titusville, NJ. Key Responsibilities
Partners closely with GD Delivery Unit Leadership to accurately forecast and deliver on commitments across budget and headcount Leads team of 3 SFA direct reports to provide financial business partner support to the 3 GD Delivery Units; provides individualized coaching, mentorship and feedback to each direct report Drives strategic insights on total Global Development investment by Therapeutic Area to enhance decision making for both areas of the business Oversees close activities for Clinical Out-of-Pocket expense, partners closely with the business and financial analysts to ensure compliance and proper financial management Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team May require up to 10% travel Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred. A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certification is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of finance or related business experience is required. Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills, required. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to drive improved processes, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks, required. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred. This role can be located in either Spring House, PA or Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel. Location

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $100,000 - $173,500 Benefits & Additional Information
