This is a contract role with hybrid onsite expectations in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Salt Lake City or Frisco Tx.

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team, focusing on sourcing top talent for the Workday Global Customer Experience team. This role requires a passion for engaging with candidates and hiring managers alike, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation in full life‑cycle recruitment and will leverage their expertise to develop collaborative partnerships within the organization. By utilizing data‑driven strategies, you will play a crucial role in attracting exceptional talent to our well‑branded company.

Responsibilities

Source, attract, and engage top talent across various levels of the organization.

Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.

Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.

Utilize data analytics to inform talent acquisition strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates through effective networking.

Ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines throughout the recruitment process.Document all recruitment activities efficiently within applicant tracking systems.

Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

Skills

Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of generating candidate pipelines.

Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in all forms of interaction.

Innovative mindset with creative ideas that enhance recruiting success.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining adaptable and flexible.

Proactive approach with strong follow‑through on tasks and client service initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience recruiting for all levels within an organization.

2+ years of experience in GTM sales recruiting for a software or technology company.

Commission Sales recruitment experience is a must.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
