Varies – AM/PM Monday – Friday
Pay Rate:
$25.00
Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales & Catering Department.
Create and distribute documents using Microsoft Office, property‑management and sales systems.
Handle correspondence, data entry, telecommunications, inquiries, and other general office duties.
Initiate reservations for group attendees, prepare rooming lists, revise existing reservations and build group blocks in the PMS.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Availability to work AM/PM shifts 5 days a week.
One‑year administrative background.
Hotel knowledge or studies.
