About the Position With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our Store Leadership Teams are essential to our business. You will assist the Store Manager to ensure effective store operations, execute strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability, while fostering a collaborative team environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.

Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.

Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.

Provide coaching and direction on a day‑to‑day basis to meet staff performance standards.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels through replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.

Assist in developing and implementing action plans to address store sales, goals, safety, training, and personnel development issues.

Requirements

No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).

5+ years of experience in a similar position or specialization.

Proficiency operating a POS system, other in‑store computerized systems, and telephone.

Ability to use judgment to resolve day‑to‑day technical and operational problems.

Effective communication skills; able to exchange ideas and information with the store leadership team, associates, and consumers.

Job Conditions

Frequently active environment, often moving or lifting items up to 40 lbs.; may use specialized equipment and have exposure to dust and noise.

Occasionally required to work in a place.

Clear communication with others.

Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and in response to business trends.
