We're searching for a London-based Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Product team, so that we can deliver innovative, developer-friendly platform solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across healthcare technology. The Senior Technical Product Manager will lead cross‑functional teams, shape product strategy, and optimise technical platforms to enhance developer experience, accelerate innovation, and strengthen RLDatix's competitive edge.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Leading product development for shared services such as authentication and infrastructure platforms (e.g., ATOL) to support scalable, secure solutions

Translating technical requirements from engineering into business‑facing product plans

Collaborating with engineering directors and global teams (Toronto, Skopje) to identify pain points and evangelise product roadmaps

Prioritising developer experience in product design to ensure intuitive onboarding and usability

Benchmarking against industry standards (e.g., AWS) to enhance documentation and support

Driving innovation and growth through data‑driven strategies and customer engagement

Consolidating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps that respond to market dynamics

Managing up to three product owners and optimising team workflows to meet delivery targets

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

Background as a former software developer or engineer transitioning into product management

Experience with infrastructure, authentication, and developer tools

Proven success in strategic product planning and technical leadership

Ability to think in technology agnostic terms and design user‑centric solutions

Ability to commute to London office 23 days a week

Genuine interest in improving healthcare outcomes through platform innovation

A knack for working collaboratively within a fast‑paced, global environment
