Overview:
Power Platform Engineer to help build applications and utilize Copilot Studio for AI integration. Essential to design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Responsibilities
Design tailored solutions using automation technologies.
Develop and manage custom business applications with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Create and optimize business process automations using Power Automate.
Build data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
Develop, manage, and maintain AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other services.
Gather requirements, define use cases, and deliver solutions that drive productivity and user adoption.
Document technical specifications, workflows, and solution architectures.
Stay current with new features and roadmaps across Power Platform and Microsoft AI capability.
Provide production support, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and vendor/customer dialogue.
Analyze complex situations, mitigate risks, and anticipate problems proactively.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of technical experience.
Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Preferred Qualifications
High degree of technical expertise to recommend process improvements.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio, chatbot authoring, and external data integration.
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions.
Familiarity with Power Fx, low‑code expressions, and custom connectors.
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, or C#) is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Agile cross‑functional team experience.
Experience with AI Builder, Copilot integrations, or Azure OpenAI services is a strong plus.
Experience in UX/UI design for apps and chatbot experiences.
Understanding of ALM and DevOps practices for Power Platform.
Microsoft Certifications: PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑900.
