Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided) Agoda is an online travel booking platform that connects travelers with a global network of hotels, flights, activities, and more. The Performance Marketing Team is a data‑driven and analytical group focused on developing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that increase customer lifetime value. As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with marketing strategists, data scientists, and product teams to drive channel growth and evaluate campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels

Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights

Develop hypotheses, design experiments such as A/B tests, and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth

Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL and Tableau

Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations

Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel

Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence and persuade senior leaders with clear, data‑backed recommendations
