Join our team as a Full‑Time Infant Teacher! Do you have a passion for teaching young children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Full‑Time Infant Teacher to join our warm and supportive team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the minds of toddlers, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families.
What You’ll Do
Plan and implement engaging, age‑appropriate activities and Reggio Emilia curriculum for infants.
Work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays.
Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators.
What You’ll Need
EEC certification in Infants (required).
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times.
