$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Senior IT Project Manager Full-time Remote The Senior Project Manager leads complex technology projects within the Enterprise Information Technology department, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires collaboration with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions that support the organizations goals. KEY SKILLS REQUIRED Proven ability to effectively present and communicate with C-level executives and senior leadership. Strong integrator skills with the ability to navigate complex business stakeholder needs and expectations across departments. Demonstrated adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving business needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience leading and contributing to highly visible, enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable impact. Not a fit for individuals whose experience is limited to small-scale or routine day-to-day projects; this role requires strategic thinking and enterprise-level execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects (application development, system implementations, integrations) Coordinates with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, prioritization, and execution Partners closely with the solutions delivery leader to execute the project methodology Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria Develops and maintains project schedules, resource plans, communication plans and status reporting Assists with budgeting and forecasting Manages project constraints for scope, schedule, budget, and resources Secures resource commitments and defines team roles Communicates clearly with all stakeholders Liaise between IT, business units, and external vendor partners Facilitates meetings, discussions, and presentations to support governance structure Applies change management and group facilitation skills Maintains knowledge of key company applications and processes Assures all necessary project documentation is created and maintained, as needed for audit and compliance controls

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Bachelors in IT, Business, or related field 7+ years of recent IT project management experience (3+ years at enterprise/cross-functional level) Experience with SaaS applications and integrations preferred PMP or equivalent required; Agile certifications preferred Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services) preferred Technical writing, software development, QA, or business analysis experience is a plus Ability to manage without authority and work with senior leaders Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project/Smartsheet, Visio, and collaborative technologies
