Your Role
Lead the development of a validation strategy by working closely with other teams (R&D and Business) to ensure validation enables the release of high‑quality new products on time.
Hands‑on manager can define bench validation plans, perform hardware validation and implement efficient production validation coverage using automated testing techniques.
Be the focal person to leverage existing industry technologies, and when necessary, innovate to provide the best short to long‑term solutions in the validation of new products. Challenge existing development processes and systems for improved efficiency in new product execution.
Provide leadership to the new product development team by facilitating collaboration and team cohesion. The result of this successful leadership will be engagement and empowerment of the team in meeting the business objectives for HiRel.
Resolve highly complex validation issues while involving experts through strong leadership, promotion of structured problem‑solving techniques, and timely decisions.
Your Profile
BS degree or higher in Engineering or in Material Science
Minimum 10‑year experience directly related to power electronics and hands‑on experience in evaluating mixed‑signal power products.
Experience managing a team and has a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Solid understanding of both analog and digital circuits and in‑depth understanding of the architecture and control of power converters including various DC/DC converters.
Demonstrates strong verbal, written communication, reporting and presentation skills.
An advocate for change for improvements and able to navigate and lead teams in change execution.
