Responsibilities
Develop individualized speech therapy programs for pediatric clients, including children with developmental delays, autism, and sensory needs.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary ABA team to incorporate speech goals into overall treatment plans.
Provide one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions in varied settings such as clinic, school, home, or community.
Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress data according to clinic standards.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP).
Experience in pediatric speech therapy, especially with children with developmental delays, autism, and sensory needs.
Comfortable collaborating in an ABA environment.
Clean background check.
Strong interpersonal skills, team‑oriented mindset, and a passion for empowering kids and families.
Ability to work in our clinic located in Lanham, MD.
Bilingual or Spanish‑speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
