The Account Executive (AE) will drive new business development and manage existing customer relationships within the Energy sector, including Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Industrial Power segments. The AE is responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering connectivity and technology solutions that support customers’ remote operations and digital transformation goals. This role requires a blend of strategic selling, technical acumen, and industry expertise to position our company as a trusted partner for mission‑critical communications and network resilience. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the Energy vertical, with emphasis on upstream, midstream, and renewable customers. Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets. Manage full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and contract close. Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success) to design tailored service offerings. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM data integrity. Build relationships with strategic customers, integrators to expand reach and market share. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows (e.g., OTC, Solar Power International, etc.). Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the Energy sector. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Technology sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex solution sales (telecom, connectivity, or industrial networking preferred). Strong understanding of energy production workflows—including offshore platforms, pipelines, and solar/wind field operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required. Preferred Attributes

Experience selling Starlink, VSAT, SD‑WAN, IoT, or network management solutions into the energy sector. Existing relationships with EPCs, rig operators, renewable project developers, or SCADA integrators. High level of self‑motivation, accountability, and teamwork. Benefits
